Mycheta is designed for businesses that follow up with people who expect to hear from them. It must not be used to send spam or evade WhatsApp’s rules.
Use consent-led conversations
Only contact people who have given you a lawful reason to contact them, understand why you are messaging them, and can reasonably expect the message. Keep records of consent where your business or applicable law requires it. Honour a request to stop receiving messages promptly.
Do not misuse WhatsApp
Do not use Mycheta for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive identity, phishing, fraud, scams, harassment, unlawful offers, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass WhatsApp restrictions, sending limits, account controls, or a recipient’s opt-out.
Keep messages accurate
You are responsible for the products, services, prices, availability, promises, payment requests, fulfilment, customer service, refunds, taxes, and disputes connected with your account. Do not represent a payment as confirmed until the relevant payment provider has confirmed it.
Protect your account
Keep access to your account and connected services under your control. Remove access for people who no longer work with you, and notify us promptly if you believe your account or a connected WhatsApp number has been compromised.
Enforcement and questions
We may pause or restrict use where we reasonably believe these rules, our Terms, or applicable law have been breached. For a report or a question, email support@clixales.com.
