How to send form leads to Google Sheets without manual copy-and-paste
A practical setup for businesses that need every new lead in both a sales workspace and their own Google Sheet.

Why keep a Sheet as well as a sales workspace?
Teams often need a shared operational record for fulfilment, stock planning, delivery, or reporting. A form can therefore create a sales lead in Mycheta and append a row to a spreadsheet the business controls.
The spreadsheet should support the sale, not become the only place a conversation is managed. Messages, ownership, and next actions are easier to follow in the sales workspace.
Set it up once
Connect the Google account that owns or can edit the target spreadsheet. Choose the Sheet and the form you want to sync. Mycheta then adds a row for each future form submission, including the submitted contact details and custom answers.
Design the form for an actual decision
Ask only what is needed to take the next step. For a product business, that may be name, WhatsApp number, delivery area, and the item the buyer wants. For services, it may be the service, preferred date, budget range, and contact details.
If customers need to choose an item visually, use product choice cards with clear images, names, and prices. Keep the options small enough to scan on a phone.
Protect the data
Only connect a spreadsheet the business is authorised to use. Do not collect sensitive information you do not need, limit who can access the Sheet, and remove access when a team member leaves.
Build the system, then make it repeatable.
Set up Mycheta free, see the workflow in your own business, and only pay when you are ready to go live with WhatsApp automation.
