Terms of use.
These terms govern use of Mycheta, a Clixales Technologies product for managing WhatsApp sales follow-up.
Your account and your leads
You are responsible for your account, the WhatsApp numbers you connect, your team members, and the messages you send. Only contact people who have given you permission to be contacted. Do not use Mycheta for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, or content that breaches WhatsApp, Paystack, or applicable law.
WhatsApp connection
Mycheta links a number using WhatsApp’s linked-device flow. Message pacing and opt-out protections reduce operational risk but do not guarantee that WhatsApp will not restrict a number. You may disconnect your number at any time.
Payments
Payment links are created through your connected Paystack account and funds settle to you. You, not Mycheta, are responsible for the goods or services sold, fulfilment, customer service, refunds, taxes, and disputes.
Plans and billing
Plan pricing and renewal details are shown in Billing. Manual plans are never charged again unless you choose to renew. If you opt into automatic renewal, you can cancel it in Billing before the next renewal. Service sending may pause where a subscription is overdue.
Service availability
We work to keep Mycheta reliable and notify account owners about unexpected WhatsApp disconnects when notification services are available. The service is provided as available; no particular sales result, delivery rate, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
